Right Of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sebastian Faber, Einzelunternehmen, trading under the business name NOVAVO, Am Pichelssee 57c, 13595 Berlin, Germany, email: support@novavo.uk) by a clear statement, for example by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects Of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged additional fees for the refund.
Expiry For Digital Content Or Digital Services
For digital content or digital services not supplied on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal may expire before the withdrawal period ends if the consumer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires, confirms that this causes the right of withdrawal to expire, and the trader provides the required confirmation.
Where required, checkout or activation may request the consent and confirmation needed before paid digital access is delivered.
