2. Product

NOVAVO Meal Prep App / CookWeek / PlanMeinEssen is a digital cooking and meal-planning web app with recipes, recipe collections, planning tools, shopping-list functionality, nutrition estimates, and related digital content.

The content is for general information, cooking, and personal organization. It is not medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.

3. Trial And Access

The app may offer a limited free preview and an email-based trial. The exact access, duration, and available features are shown in the app at the time of use.

An email-based free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription because no payment method is required for the trial.

Paid access may be offered as single-book access, bundle access, full monthly access, or one-time lifetime access. Lifetime access means access to the purchased digital app content for the lifetime of the product as operated by Novavo; it does not mean the lifetime of the customer or an indefinite guarantee that external services will never change.

4. Contract Formation

Product presentation on the website is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

The purchase is processed through Stripe Checkout. By completing payment in Stripe Checkout, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected digital access. The contract is formed when payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed.

5. Price, Payment, And Subscriptions

All prices are final prices in the currency shown in checkout.

No VAT is charged or shown under the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG).

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect at the end of the current monthly billing period; no further monthly renewal will be charged after that.

Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund past billing periods unless required by law or handled voluntarily case by case.

Payment is made through the payment methods offered in Stripe Checkout. Stripe's own terms and privacy information also apply to payment processing.

6. Digital Delivery

Delivery is digital. No physical product is shipped.

Access is provided electronically after successful payment or trial activation through the website/app and related email communication where applicable.

7. Usage Rights

The customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the digital product for personal use.

Resale, public sharing, uploading to public platforms, redistribution, commercial reuse, scraping, copying the recipe database, and repackaging as another product are not permitted.

All copyright and other rights remain with the provider or relevant rights holders.

8. Digital Content And Cancellation Rights

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Special rules apply to digital content and digital services. Details are provided in the separate cancellation policy.

The right of withdrawal may expire if the consumer expressly agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that this causes the right of withdrawal to expire, provided the other legal requirements are met.

9. No Professional Advice

The content is general cooking and meal-planning material. It does not replace medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare guidance.

People with medical conditions, pregnancy, medication-related concerns, kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, eating disorder history, allergies, or individual nutrition needs should consult a qualified professional.

10. Warranty And Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply. If digital access does not work, contact support so access can be checked and a reasonable solution can be provided.

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typical foreseeable damage.

11. Governing Law

German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
